ZAG for Excel reads the catalogs and spec sheets your suppliers send — PDF, Excel, images — and fills the product-registration templates that Japanese retailers mandate. Bic Camera and Yodobashi Camera formats are pre-registered. Every value it writes points back to where it came from.

To list a product with a Japanese retailer, you fill in that retailer's registration template. Hundreds of required columns. Category hierarchies. Character and byte limits. Code systems and dropdown constraints — different in every sheet.
So the same product information gets retyped into one retailer's format after another. Transcription errors come back as rejections, new products reach the shelf later, and the whole thing depends on a few experienced people who are hard to replace.

Pre-registered template specs
Each retailer's sheet structure, validation rules, and category hierarchy are registered and verified on our side. The model isn't asked to re-interpret the sheet on every run, so the same input produces the same output instead of drifting between runs.
Built for catalogs and spec sheets
Japanese multi-column layouts, spec tables, footnotes, schematics, fragmented PDFs. This isn't general document summarisation — it is designed to answer one question well: for this model number, which attribute takes which value?
A review sheet before the template
Extracted attributes land in an intermediate sheet first. Your operator checks them against the source and corrects only what needs correcting. Because each cell carries its source reference, verification is comparing — not hunting.
Batch fill, evidence retained
Work runs over a product list, not one row at a time. Fields it can source get filled; fields it cannot are left blank with the reason attached. Not guessing is the shortest path to fewer rejections.
